  84.   indemnity against loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable
  85.   attorneys fees) arising out of breach or alleged breach of these
  86.   warranties.

  88.   In compensation for these rights, warranties, and indemnification,
  89.   the Submitter(s) will be compensated by the Publishers solely by
  90.   whatever publicity may result from publishing it in the above works.
